We're operators first. Software is just how we fixed what bothered us.

We aren't a team of "passionate innovators" looking to disrupt the synergy. We're former warehouse leads, logistics analysts, and Shopify dev operators who got sick of watching great Indian brands die from trivial, boring spreadsheet issues.

Our Backstory (And why we built this)

Before Ciruss, I spent four years running operations for an apparel brand out of Surat. We grew from ₹50k orders a month to doing almost ₹2 Cr GMV. On paper, we were a success story. My LinkedIn posts were full of growth metrics.

But inside our warehouse, it was a horror show. Every Tuesday, we had to shut down fulfillment for 4 hours just to manually cross-verify COD orders because our RTO rate hit 36% in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. We tried using legacy SMS alerts, but they were ignored. We tried hiring a 4-person tele-calling team, but their salaries ate up the exact margin they were saving.

Then, the DPDP legislation draft was notified. Suddenly, our legal advisor told us we needed a registered Consent Manager inside ap-south-1, or we risked fines that exceeded our entire annual revenue. We started looking for tools. We found enterprise setups that cost ₹8 lakh a year, and 5-tier rule bots that required a dedicated engineer to maintain.

We realized nobody was building standard, humble, operational infrastructure for the brand doing ₹5 Cr to ₹50 Cr — the ones who actually need the help.

What we got wrong (and what we're still figuring out)

We're going to be honest here: we don't have everything perfectly polished yet.

  • Our ONDC integration is technically in Beta. It works, but catalogue propagation still takes about 10 minutes instead of our target 30 seconds.
  • We still don't have an iOS app for the mobile inventory view. Currently, you have to use our responsive mobile web dashboard (which works great, but we know founders want native apps).
  • Our WhatsApp AI model occasionally struggles with complex Hinglish sarcasm (e.g. "Kya service hai tumhari" as sarcasm vs praise), but we're actively tuning the sentiment layers every weekend.
