Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Ciruss handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 5 August 2026
01

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Ciruss websites, platform, products, early-access programmes, and related communications that link to this policy. If you use Ciruss on behalf of an organisation, that organisation may separately control business data submitted to the platform.

02

Information we collect

We may collect contact and account details such as your name, work email, role, brand, and login information; business profile details such as website, industry, revenue range, team size, and commerce model; and messages or files you send to us.

When you use the platform, we may process data from services you choose to connect, including commerce, advertising, payments, inventory, logistics, finance, and support systems. We also collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, event logs, and cookie or similar technology data.

03

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Ciruss, connect authorised business tools, generate requested analysis and recommended actions, improve product performance, respond to enquiries, manage early access, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing by contacting us. Some processing may still be necessary to provide a requested service or comply with law.

04

How we share information

We may share information with vetted infrastructure, analytics, communications, and professional-service providers that help us operate Ciruss; with third-party services you instruct us to connect; and with authorities where disclosure is legally required. We may also transfer information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not allow service providers to use customer information for their own unrelated purposes.

05

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, contractual commitments, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

We use organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use appropriate care when choosing what to submit or connect.

06

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or raise a grievance. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential marketing messages using the link in those messages.

To make a request, email hello@ciruss.in. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

07

International processing

Ciruss and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you are located. When required, we use contractual and other safeguards intended to protect information during these transfers.

Children

Ciruss is a business service and is not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information about a child unless you are legally authorised and it is necessary for an agreed business purpose.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. For material changes, we may provide an additional notice where appropriate.
