We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, items requested, delivery notes, and other information you choose to provide.

Data Controller vs Data Processor: For our D2C merchant clients, Ciruss OS acts as a Data Processor under the DPDP Act. We only process customer data (such as shipping addresses or RTO histories) to provide our operational software as instructed by the merchant (the Data Fiduciary).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect about you to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Perform internal operations, including to prevent fraud and abuse of our services.
  • Send you communications we think will be of interest to you, including information about products, services, promotions, news, and events of Ciruss OS.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements under Indian jurisdiction, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information as described in this privacy policy, such as with vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality and data processing agreements.

4. Data Storage and Security

All customer data is stored securely in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse.
